THIS WOULD CAUSE THE ENGINE TO DROP DOWN INTO THE RADIATOR, DAMAGING THE SHROUD, ENGINE FAN, AND OTHER ASSOCIATED PARTS. THE ENGINE THROTTLE COULD BE PULLED INTO FULL GOVERNED POSITION.]]></summary>
