THE INVOLVED TIRES FAIL TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 119, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES FOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS". THESE TIRES ARE SUBJECT TO FLEX BREAKS OR SEPARATIONS IN THE SIDEWALL AREA.
THE DEALER WILL REPLACE RECALLED TIRES AT NO COST TO THE OWNER WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RECALL NOTIFICATION.
