Summary:
Forest River, Inc. "Forest River" is recalling certain 2018-2019 Starcraft Allstar, Allstar XL, and Starlite vehicles equipped with Safe Fleet Prolo Roof Escape hatches. Due to a manufacturing issue, the roof hatch external handle may unexpectedly break under reasonable use. |

Consequence:
If the roof hatch external handle breaks, in the event of an emergency, the hatch cannot be easily opened from outside the vehicle, increasing the risk of injury. |

Remedy:
Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will replace the hatch, free of charge. The recall began August 27, 2019. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-800-748-3440. Forest River's number for this recall is 05-1060. |
