Kuntry Kustom RV, LLC "Kuntry Kustom" is recalling certain 2023-2024 Rich Specialty Sanitation and Office trailers, equipped with certain GE air conditioners. The air conditioner soft start device may fail and overheat.
An air conditioner soft start device that overheats increases the risk of a fire.
The remedy is currently under development. As an interim measure, owners should have the ICM870-16A-BH5400 soft start removed from their air conditioner. An interim owner letter was mailed December 5, 2024. Once the final remedy is available a second notice will be mailed. Owners may contact Kuntry Kustom customer service at 1-260-593-2208.
