Nova Bus "US" Inc. "Nova Bus" is recalling certain 2023 LFS vehicles. The front air spring suspension hardware may separate from the attached plate, causing a sudden loss of suspension.
A loss of suspension can cause a loss of vehicle control and increase the risk of a crash.
Nova Bus will replace the attachment plate, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 31, 2024. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service 1-800-350-6682. Nova Bus number for this recall is CR5537.
