POSSIBILITY THAT THE HARNESS RUNNING BETWEEN THE CARBURETOR AND THE FAN HOUSING IS NOT PROPERLY AFFIXED BY THE SHEET METAL CLAMP TO THE FAN HOUSING.IN THIS CASE, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE WIRING IS HANGING DOWN.IN RESTING ON THE ACCELERATOR CABLE, THE INSULATION OF THE HARNESS AND WIRES CAN BE CHAFED THROUGH AND LEAD TO A SHORT CIRCUIT.'INSPECT, INSTALL CLAMP, AND REPLACE WIRING AS REQUIRED.' |
