Grand Design RV, LLC "Grand Design" is recalling certain 2019 Grand Design Imagine recreational trailers, built on D28H, D35, D40 or D44 trailer axles. The inner hub bearings may not have been sufficiently greased, which can cause the bearings to overheat and fail.
If the bearings overheat, the hub may fail, affecting handling and increasing the risk of a crash.
Grand Design will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and repair the hubs and bearings, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began December 12, 2018. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910018.
