Summary:
      ENGINE COOLING FAN IS MADE OF A PLASTIC OUTER RING AND BLADE MOLDED TO A METAL CENTER. THE FAN BLADES CAN SEPARATE FROM THE HUB AND DISINTEGRATE WITHOUT WARNING.
Consequence:
     
Remedy:
      IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE FAN WITH AN ALL METAL FAN WILL BE DONE FREE OF CHARGE.
