Consequence:
IF A CYLINDER IS OVERFILLED, AND SOME OF THE GAS LEAKS OUT, THE VAPORS COULD IGNITE IF THERE WAS A SOURCE OF IGNITION PRESENT. |

Remedy:
MANCHESTER TANK IS PERFORMING THE OWNER NOTIFICATION AND REMEDY CAMPAIGN FOR THIS RECALL. MANCHESTER WILL REPLACE THESE LPG CYLINDERS. |
