IF THE CRUISE CONTROL CABLE BINDS, THE ENGINE DOES NOT RETURN TO IDLE WHEN THE CRUISE CONTROL FUNCTION IS DISENGAGED, RESULTING IN THE VEHICLE SPEED NOT BEING REDUCED AS EXPECTED.]]></summary>
