AN ICING CONDITION COULD OCCUR IF THE VEHICLE OWNER FAILS TO ADEQUATELY WARM UP THE ENGINE BEFORE DRIVING. THIS COULD PREVENT THE THROTTLE FROM CLOSING COMPLETELY AND WOULD RESULT IN HIGHER THAN NORMAN IDLE RPM.]]></summary>
