THE REFRIGERATOR MAY HAVE A DEFECT IN THE BOILER TUBE.  PRESSURIZED COOLANT SOLUTION COULD BE RELEASED INTO AN AREA WHERE AN IGNITION SOURCE "GAS FLAME" IS PRESENT.]]></summary>
